Clearly NYPD PC James O'Neill is no leader! He even rationalized his abuse of a federally funded Cessna to fight terrorism as his personal taxi stating he is a busy man! O'neill is all lipservice when it comes to everything from the high NYPD suicide rate to NYPD's lack of Respect (as a victim of NYPD finally coercing me I can tell you there's a reason they don't have respect including corrupt leaders) to the Prospect Park Rape Case. When it comes to Eric Garner -- he's cowardly silent. Resign!
He should have to pay back the Cessna rides along with all the cops that were in along with him and resign. Note Ray Kelly and Bratton had to pay back free rides they took from Billionaires
